The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualities:

• Confident, articulate and outgoing

• Able to think logically and laterally

• Up for the challenge of taking great games and making them better

The following experience is also of vital importance:

• At least one released title as a games designer

• A demonstrable track record of problem-solving and creative thinking

• A passion for games and the ability to identify what makes them work

• Extensive knowledge of user interface design, FE, OSD and game flow

• Visio experience

• Adept knowledge of the English Language

• Localisation experience
