This company is an ambitious new developer in Germany, they are currently working on an upcoming Multiplayer first person shooter.
As the Art Director you will oversee art production, define problems and provide solutions. Taking an active role in pre-production and planning of the project from the preparation of design documentation, conceptual drawings, reference material and storyboards to the definition and planning of the scope of work - the incumbent ensures high art quality by driving and implementing creative direction.
At least 5 years of experience in the Games Industry is needed
At least one shipped AAA Title as Art Director is also required
