Based in the North East this studio has made a smooth transition from successful independent to becoming the sole UK developer for one of the world's biggest multi-national publisher/developers, with the combination of innovation and security that this implies.
The Sr. Producer will monitor, coordinate, and drive all aspects of the development process including testing, marketing, sales, legal issues, localization issues, and project scheduling/tracking
-Work with studio management and department leads to establish and maintain the game’s vision, feature set, scope, staffing plan, schedule and budget.
-Champion the game with the team to help maintain and drive energy, enthusiasm and urgency to the team.
-Ensure that the project is delivered on time, that milestone goals are set and achieved, and that the team meets the ship date target.
-Understand, refine, and monitor adherence to licensed brand equity and product vision.
-Review and analyze all documents, task lists and interim builds from developers. Create and modify schedules as needed.
-Review practicality of game design and technical design documents.
-Review milestone deliveries to ensure quality and consistency with design and licensed brand.
The ideal candidate will have produced at least 10 game titles from inception to shipping, including 4 titles which have shipped over 1 million units.
