Main Duties & Responsibilities:

-Supervise the outsource production pipelines and workflows, working in conjunction with vendors and project leads.

-Support the sourcing and approval of vendors, plus training and due diligence alongside the Studio Outsource Manager.

-Coordinate and direct the work of the department’s Outsource Review Artist who supports the project teams by carrying out early stage asset review and feedback.

-Support the legal and financial management of vendors. Execute NDA’s; manage the drafting and execution of contracts in conjunction with Disney Legal Dept; ensure vendors are set up on SAP and timely invoice payment conditions are met in conjunction with the studio’s Finance Manager.
