Established since 1994 this unique publisher and distributer of software within the Entertainment industry is looking for a highly skilled TCR/TRC/Lotcheck Compliance Tester to work across all platforms.

Further details of the position are as follows: The TCR/TRC/Lotcheck Compliance Tester ensures the technical compliance with the guidelines set out by the platform holders (Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo) for a variety of games across all console platforms and genres. He/She is responsible for testing our titles regarding adherence to the third party guidelines. Position Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: - Go through the appropriate third party (TRC/TCR/Lotcheck) guidelines and check if they are correctly implemented - Report bugs by using a bug tracking system and suggest solutions - Verify ingame corrections within regression testing - Create and execute test scripts - Integrate feedback and test reports/results into the testing process - Report to the Localization Manager Secondary Responsibilities: - Coordinate external CQA resources - Provide CQA related input to developers early on in the development cycle - Identify improvements in the test process - Determine appropriate test strategies - Verify specified product goals - Provide input to the test schedule Position Qualifications/Requirements - Excellent command of English (written and verbal) - Wide range or scope of experience or interest in gaming on a variety of platforms - Self-motivated with superb work ethic and a desire to make world class games - Ability to take direction and effective listening skills - Ability to troubleshoot and isolate faults, sometimes within severe time constraints - Sharp attention to detail, highly analytical - Aptitude to learn quickly and effectively - Willingness and ability to remain focused in a driven, high pressure, team-oriented environment - Flexibility to work under tight deadlines Technical Requirements - Advanced software/hardware knowledge - Prior testing experience - Experience in following testing processes and methodologies - Understanding of QA measurement/metric techniques and all related issues Soft-Skill Requirements - Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Familiarity with the software localization cycle Bonus - 1+ years working experience in the games industry - Understanding of key technical issues involved with console and PC game development - Experience in working to tight deadlines This is a permanent position and will be paying up to around 30,000 Euros depending on experience and paid using a 13 month system, further details upon request.
