The team are currently looking for a Level Designer to join the team.

This role involves analysis, critiquing, maintenance and game-play balancing of levels in their latest PSP title.

The successful candidate will be responsible for playing and reviewing levels, documenting change-lists for level artists, editing level setup (e.g. placing and adjusting A.I. elements), balancing difficulty across the whole game and helping with other game design tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a good grounding in game design through prior employment experience and a history of video game playing for a number of years.
A successful candidate will join the Game Design team (with a view to moving into a Game Designer role at the end of the project if the appropriate skills are demonstrated).

Requirements
- Games industry experience.
- At least one published racing/driving game title as Game Designer or Level Designer.
- Experience with 3D package (e.g. 3DS MAX or MAYA) as a level design tool.
- Problem solving skills.
- A good sense of what makes games fun and what makes them frustrating.
