This internationally recognised publisher / developer has enjoyed tremendous success since they were formed more than 2 decades ago.
They have had numerous number 1 hits, continue to combine commercial success with innovation and originality and are currently looking to recruit a Producer on their cutting-edge action title. Reporting to the Studio Head, you will be managing the development of quality games using internal development resourse, from initial design to mastering, within agreed schedules and costs. Your main duties and responsibilities will be: * Management of allocated project(s) through all stages of the development cycle * Ensure sign-off of all major milestones is achieved. * Responsible for team leadership and maintaining staff morale. * Staff recruitment and appraisal. * Ensure final quality of the game is achieved. * In consultation with Studio Head, set project budgets and deliver projects within these agreed budgets. * Create and maintain accurate project plans and monitor project progress. * Raise key risks and issues with the Studio Head. * To set and monitor weekly and monthly targets for the team. Other Duties will include: * Liaise with other departments to ensure project dependencies are managed. * Contribute to the setting of future development strategies and plans. * Contribute to the continual improvement of development processes. Person Specification * Leadership * Proactive and tenacious * Attention to detail * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Enthusiasm * Project management and development process experience * Able to solve problems and design issues at a strategic level.
