Excellent opportunity for experienced Games Producer to join international publisher / developer in this key role!
The company publishes for all platforms and is dedicated to bringing excellent and innovative games to players across the world. It is celebrating their most successful financial year in 07/08 and it is now striving to create this year's top rated AAA games on XBOX360 / PS3 and Wii. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Producer to join an existing team responsible for one of their biggest titles. The Senior Producer will oversee the development within the studio and provide regular updates to the Studio Head. You will act as a mentor and conduct regular appraisals with junior members of the production team and monitor the workload of each team member helping them to achieve their individual career goals. On occasion you may also be required to stand in for the studio head in their absence. You will need a good understanding of the games production process and current project management methodologies, coupled with first-class communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team to maintain the current AAA standards. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a similar level of industry experience with several completed projects behind you. This role will require plenty of initiative, self-motivation and the ability to juggle different responsibilities.
